What is wrong with my postcode, when I try to register I get a message saying
“We are having a problem recognizing your post code”

The larderbytes network uses your postcode to workout where to add you to our network.
There may be nothing wrong with your postcode, Sometimes the larderbytes application will only partially recognize a postcode, if this happens you will be asked to confirm your location.
On the screen where you get that message you will see a blue marker on a map, to confirm your location drop the marker over your house (or delivery address) then click on the save button. You can use the arrows to move and zoom in or out on the map. Once you have saved your local try to register again, you will not get this message a second time.
